Villa Doris (“we” or “us”) will collect, use, share and disclose or otherwise process your personal information in line with this Policy.

2. What data we collect

The only data we collect about you is the data you provide us by using the “Book Now Form” or the “Contact Form”, i.e. your name, phone number, e-mail address and any other information you provide in the “Notes” field.

3. Third party data/cookies

This site is developed using the WordPress platform (which intrinsically does not use cookies for website visitors) and uses a series of third party plugins. 3. How we use that data

Prior to successfully completing the booking procedure, this information will not be shared with third party entities, and will be used by us only to respond to your queries and eventually to update you with our promotions.

After completing the booking procedure, apart from the uses previously mentioned, it is our legal obligation to share the required data with the Local Authorities, as stipulated by the Italian Law.

The Google Analytics data is used for statistics purposes.

4. Your rights regarding the data

At any time you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
